Hello, I am Sarah, also known as the 'Peas and Tea' doula, though some call me the foodie doula too!

I love what I do and I hope you will too! Finding a doula is about finding what feels good. I will walk alongside you as you prepare to have your baby and as you find your feet. I provide physical, emotional and informational support - in a way that suits you.
I believe that amazing things happen when a woman feels safe, loved and in her power. By working together (from as early as pre-conception but also in pregnancy of course) we can prepare for the arrival of your baby. I am very proud to be a Neighbourhood Doula - I became a doula as I believe all women are worthy of support at this special and powerful time. This work means I am experienced as a sole birth partner. I will also work closely with your birth partner if you have one, to make sure they feel empowered, safe and loved too!

I live in Penge and I support clients in Central and South East London, I can also work in some parts of Kent and Surrey. I can provide birth or post-natal support or both services together.
